The Downtown Retreat #1

Positive: It was a nice small home for vacation and kitchen was nice Negative: Beds were uncomfortable, first day we showed up the fire alarm was beeping nonstop and woke us up everyday at 6:30 am took them 3 days to come and replace the battery, the floors were absolutely disgusting it’s like they weren’t even cleaned one bit feet were black right after getting out the shower, furniture had old water/mold stains looked to be re used furniture from a flood

Needs TLC Negative: Property is in serious need of TLC and a coat of paint on everything. Holes in walls/doors, and a toilet seat that isn't even attached to the toilet. Bedding neefs a better protector felt like hospital Bedding.

Positive: It was clean, quiet and comfortable! Location close enough to restaurants and such. Would definitely book again!

the location was awesome but the property needs maintenance asap Negative: the property wasn’t clean and it had so many damages and the bed sheets had mold on them .. the property manager needs to repair everything but the place has potential!

"Get What You Pay For" Positive: Location, has 2 BR's. Negative: Very "spartan". Not only in the limited furniture quality & size (e.g. the eating "table"!) but the almost colorless decor/white walls/Limited wall hangings, limited utensils, etc. Guess you get what you pay for. Might check the upper & lower "deadbolts" in front door. One has no bolt, the other is misaligned and useless.
