Relaxing stay while watching the boats go by. Positive: Gorgeous location on the river, hey to see the real Fort Lauderdale. Lots of comfy lounge areas. Kitchen has all of your needed items for cooking, coffee, toaster, blender. Negative: Lots of rules, but I can understand why when so many people abuse accommodations.

Perfect vacation. Will stay here again for sure Positive: Beautiful place, bigger than expected. Perfect location. Very quiet and peaceful. Beautifully furnished Negative: More lighting upon check in (night time)

Little gem in Ft Lauderdale Positive: We loved the view from the sun room and thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the dock watching the yachts go by. We also saw a momma manatee and her baby swim by the dock. I love how the interior house was decorated and it had everything that we needed. Negative: Needs to be more signage and lighting to find it if arriving in the dark.

Positive: An amazing stay, beautiful property right on the canal with a great view and beautiful yachts sailing by regularly. The home was beautiful. Negative: The home was beautiful. The only complaint we would have is that the floors were filthy. The rest of the house was spotless!

Overall it was great! Positive: Beautiful place and the canal view was nice. Negative: There was a small ant issue in the kitchen. We had some chips and pastry on the counter we threw away because they were covered in ants after being there only a short time. After that we just put everything in the fridge and had no other issues.
