Beautiful riverside location - lovely accommodation - need a car to get to central areas
Positive: Beautiful riverside location. Great facilities, beautiful accommodation. Took about 45 min walk to Las Olas Boulevard. As a residential area better to have a car.
Negative: No tea or coffee (there was herbal tea). We got there quite late (8pm) and the only nearby shop was shut so couldn’t get anything.

Pleasant, unique stay
Positive: Unique property and well suited for my needs on business travel. I didn't rate the quality of the staff as there are none except for the booking. I look forward to returning at some point in 2026!

I loved my stay here and the host answers the phone and help you as much as they can
Positive: Great scenery very clean very nice neighborhood and neighbors
Negative: Mosquitoes outside by the water but anywhere with water will have mosquitoes so just make sure u bring bug off spray if you like sitting outside
