The Apt was quite nice - though small, it's layout is actually perfect for two people. The building is well maintained, I like the large privacy fence, and it's location in Wilton is hard to beat.

Positive: very easy access, location and comfortable
Negative: There was a broken light fixture in the living room. The kitchen needs more supplies, like coffee filters and salt, just basic details.

Negative: Property could benefit from a better mattress, new pillows (very much needed) and a block out blind in the bedroom as the outside light is on all night - making the room very light during the night.
