Great location Positive: Location Negative: Leaking refrigerator

I would like to stay there again, only if I'm assured the place will be clean. Positive: The hosts were good. The Kitchen was clean and everything worked well. One cabinet was kicked in behind the trash can, We loved the closet space, and the bed wasn't bad. We did request extra pillows and they were there. The AC worked well. Negative: The Bad..... Floors were some of dirtiest I have ever experienced in any place I rented. our feet turned black from walking from the shower to the bedroom. We had to put towels down on the sofa due the unknown stains, some looked like blood and others some sort of protein. The bath tub had a poo stain on the edge. I was almost knocked out by the shower head that a previous renter broke, and when I turn it on it shot off like a rocket and hit me in the head. We called the hosts and they had it replaced the next day. The coffee table was broken apart and partly put back together and it wobbled, it looked like someone was afraid to sit on the sofa or floor, and used the table as a seat. The rug in the living room was black with dirt, under the table it was partly clean, (see pictures). The TV remote was a bio hazard, it was sticky and had things stuck to it... I mean it was gross, really gross. I hope the hosts inspect their properties before they rent them in the future. to solve the lack of cleaning by the cleaning staff. We would have told the hosts about the issues but we didn't see the bad because we came in late and unpacked already.

Not awful but not as nice as it could be. Positive: Location was great for enjoying Wilton Manors. It was clean and we enjoyed the bag of coffee and filters for the coffee maker. Negative: Two of the 4 ceiling lights in the kitchen didn’t work making it hard to see. One bulb over the table also out. Coffee maker worked but is in bad shape and we assumed there would be a Keurig type so brought pods we couldn’t use. Living room furniture is stained and uncomfortable. The air handler furnace filter is so clogged and dirty it may be a health hazard.
