Positive: very easy access, location and comfortable Negative: There was a broken light fixture in the living room. The kitchen needs more supplies, like coffee filters and salt, just basic details.

Positive: Location, accessibility and parking availability. Negative: There is space to improve the cleanliness of the property.

Positive: location is great Negative: shower could use some new grout. bed was minimally comfortable

Positive: Amazing location, well appointed and good value for money. Negative: Property could benefit from a better mattress, new pillows (very much needed) and a block out blind in the bedroom as the outside light is on all night - making the room very light during the night.

Good location, but not very well cleaned or maintained. Positive: The location is excellent and accessing the property was easy. The AC worked well and the couch and chair in the living room appeared to be fairly new. Negative: The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Glasses in the kitchen were dirty. Overall, the unit needs a deep cleaning of corners and baseboards and other hard to reach areas. Along with touch up paint in many locations. I did reach out to management and they apologized for the inconvenience but did not offer any resolution.
