Pool is not heated Positive: Advertised a heated pool. Pool was not heated. When I complained I was told the condo assn owned this problem, not the owner or the listing group. I would not have rented this joint if I had known the pool wasn't heated. If you eat anything at the unit don't worry if you miss a crumb when cleaning up. There will be an ant army there by morning to carry the crumb away for you.

It was pleasurable, quiet and comfortable. Positive: Location was good. Near to restaurants, stores. Although you would need a car. Right on the beach. The studio was very clean and the grounds were well maintained. Pool was good. Had chairs and umbrellas. Negative: For the price point, it was great. Could use some t-towels and kitchen cloths to clean up counters ect. Other than that, it was very comfortable.
