3225 #19 * The Floranada Condo @ Pompano Beach #19

Positive: It was a nice place to stay.easy to get down to the beach. Negative: The cruise ship got in early and dropped us off at Floranda. We sat outside for 5 hrs waiting to go in they could have made an exception to go inside the room. The cleaning people were finished at 11 am. But the place was ok please add dish towels for the kitchen!

Positive: Sauberes und gepflegte Apartmentanlage mit gut ausgestatteten Wohnungen und schönem Pool, wunderbar gelegen und prima zu erreichen. Negative: Kein Personal vor Ort

Refund it is all I need. Negative: The Worst place rental ever! The first night I could not take a shower because no HOT WATER in the bathroom in any source. I asked for the Refund for the first night and I have never received answer. For my was the WORST EXPERIENCE IN FLORIDA.

Les hôtes ne sont pas à l'écoute de leurs visiteurs Positive: L'immeuble était à cinq minutes de marche pour accéder à la mer. La plage était agréable. L'environnement de l'immeuble était calme et bien entretenu. Negative: Le condo n'était pas propre. Que du sel, du poivre et un mini sac de café. Il manquait plein de petites choses, qu'on a dû acheter, comme un grille-pain qui ne fonctionnait pas (on a informé les hôtes mais pas de réaction), aucun produit de nettoyage ni lingettes, pas de plats pour la conservation d'aliments et surtout aucune chaise de plage quand on sait que les touristes arrivent en avion... difficile d'apporter son mobilier.

Overall our stay was great. Positive: Grounds, pool, location and the small size of the community are great. Negative: Condo needs some maintenance
