Ocean Flats #3

Positive: Walking distance to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. Room was located away from the street so no street noise and there was a nice courtyard. Would recommend staying here.

Muy bien ubicado pero no volvería Positive: La ubicacion y el patio exterior para sentarse a descansar un rato. Negative: El aire acondicionado hacia un ruido tremendo, no lo podíamos usar de noche porque sino no dormíamos. La heladera también hacía un ruido muy fuerte de noche cada vez que prendía y apagaba. Ambas cosas las lei en comentarios pero pensé que exageraban, pero no. Nos dejaron solo dos toallas para 8 noches. Pedimos más, nos dijeron que las iban a alcanzar pero no lo hicieron. No tiene pava eléctrica.

Great location 5 minutes walk to Publix 10 minutes to beach, good bed, everything clean and tidy. Positive: Great Location easy walk to Publix, Beach and the restaurants at Lauderdale by the Sea centre. Quite roomy, comfortable bed, large fridge/freezer and access to Laundry. Car Parking on premises. Negative: The Air condition unit looked new but was very noisy fortunately it was cool enough when we were there mid November to turn it off when sleeping. When some of the other units were in use Wifi slowed down a bit.

My husband and I stayed in this property for 13 nights. The beach was a .2 mile/5 minute walk. The town square was about a 1/2 mile walk. The property, inside, and outside was very clean. Publix grocery store and CVS were a very short 3 minute walk. The kitchen was well equipped for a short stay. We had our car, but a car is not needed at this place. The unit was one of four in a small complex located in the midst of a beautiful neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again!
