Positive: I love this little property. It's very convenient to the beach. And I've never had any problems. Have stayed on multiple occasions. Location!! Location!! Location!!

Positive: There is no breakfast. However,
Many restaurants within walking distance! There is an also a kitchenette in the room which is awesome for making small meals!
Negative: Neighbors next door smoking in their rooms, which filtered through to my room.
