Not really a good place for a long stay. Positive: What breakfast? good location Negative: Very short on supplies for a two week stay - no bathroom cleaner - only 2 face cloths and hand towels - no dish towels - couch was not comfortable. seats in kitchen were uncomfortable. Not enough dishes.

The location was great. It was less than a five minute walk to the beach and there were plenty of stores/restaurants within walking distance.The rental property was disappointing. When we arrived the smell of bleach/cleaning product was overpowering. The linens on the bed were stained and old. We needed to ask for more towels, only two sets of towels were there for two adults for a five night stay. The furniture was bare minimum and very uncomfortable.

Tranquillité de l'endroit Je connais bien le coin alors, je m'y sentais à l'aise Negative: Il manquait des équipements un peu de tout: -tasse pour le café -linge à vaisselle -produit pour nettoyer -savon à vaisselle supplémentaire et sac poubelle -savon à main dans la salle de bain -kleenex -papier de toilette -chaise plage (j'en acheté que j'ai laissé sur place) Pour l'arrivée, veuillez indiquer clairement le numéro d"app. puisque 3 nouveaux arrivants durant mon séjour sont venus essayer d'entrer dans mon app. croyant qu'ils étaient dans le numéro 1 ; celui ou j'étais..je les ai guidé pour leur facilité la tâche. Petit conseil, mettre un protège matelas puisque rapidement vos matelas deviendrons souillés. Étant donné le prix de vos locations cela mériterait votre attention..les points soulevés ne sont pas négatifs mais amélioreront votre image de locateur.

Firstly, the property was misrepresented in the description. It said it had a queen bed and a full sized hide a bed. There was no hide a bed. Upon arrival the property smelled of disinfectant and mold causing respiratory problems. We were unable to stay.

A lovely clean apartment in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea in a perfect neighborhood. Positive: The location of this apartment was absolutely perfect. The unit was extremely clean and the surrounding neighborhood was wonderful for extensive walking. Negative: The mattress in the master bedroom was very problematic and uncomfortable. One of us slept in the living room with an air mattress that we purchased. The only way that I could sleep in the bedroom was in an upside down position diagonally across the bed. Gratefully, that worked and the issue certainly didn't spoil our stay. Also, the drain in the bathtub was barely working. Every time we took a shower, the bathtub flooded.
