Harbordale Apartments #1 - Convenient Location!

I typically choose Vrbo because I value the comfort and feel of a home rather than a hotel. Unfortunately, this stay missed the mark in that regard.While the location and ease of access were convenient, the overall comfort was lacking. The bedding, towels, and basic supplies felt extremely low quality. There were only two bath towels provided for two people for a three-night stay, and the bed had a plastic feeling mattress cover that made sleeping uncomfortable.The pillows were made of torn foam material and completely flattened when laid on, offering little to no support.Because comfort is the primary reason I use Vrbo, I wouldn’t book this property again.

when i had issues with the apartment, i felt like i was dealing with a chat bot, because there was no phone conversation and there many negative issues, but only was resolved. the apartment had new kitchen appliances and a decent bed, but the kitchen table was quite small and cheap tin, rusty shower curtain rod, the worst bed pillows i have ever had,the living room furniture was soiled and the a/c unit was loud and on all day(couldnt shut it off, or keep it quiet. i couldnt fin d the building at night, because you cant see the number on the building. these are just some of the issues, im exhausted with this. this ;particular property manager, JUST SUCKED, PLAIN AND SIMPLE

The apartment served our purpose for our stay. I had to call VRBO to get access information as the host did not communicate any info with me.

It was a great stay! Clean and well maintained. Close to restaurants and other activities we participated in. It was initially difficult to open the door but a neighbor assisted without a problem. We would definitely stay here again. It was excellent!
